• $25.00 ADVANCE registration received by March 14, 2009 includes continental breakfast and lunch. Specify a vegetarian choice OR non-vegetarian choice on your registration form.
• $30.00 LATE registration fee does NOT guarantee lunch and minimizes workshop availability.
• Confirmations are not routinely forwarded. If you would like one, please include a self-addressed stamped envelop.
• Shirts and tote bags are printed with this year’s cover design by Michelle Hintz. Prices are higher at the conference, Advance prices are:

• Indicate a 1st and 2nd choice in each Session. Early registration will increase the chance of receiving your 1st choice. The steering committee is not responsible for any cancellations of workshops due to under-enrollment or presenter with-drawal
• The Raffle is held before the closing program. Items are on display at the conference. Raffle sponsors are listed in the brochure. You must be present to win.
• We do not want to prevent anyone from attending due to financial need. If you wish to apply for a scholarship ( up to $25), complete the approprpriate section on the registration form. It must be received by March 15, 2008 to guarentee lunch reservation. We ask that you consider volunteering an hour of your time to help on conference day. You will be contacted via phone or mail 10 days prior with your volunteer opportunity.
• Parking for those with disabilities is available.
• Unfortunatly , due to presenters' schedules and our organizational structure the conference will not be canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather. As we are a non-profit organization all money collected will be considered a donation. Registration fees are nonrefundable. Thank you for you understanding.

Presented especially by and for women of all ages in the greater Susquehanna Valley, this daylong event offers an inspiring keynote address and workshops on a variety of topics important to women: physical and psychological empowerment, politics, art and more!!!!
Take this opportunity to examine new perspectives, exchange ideas and develop new skills. We gather to share our knowledge, our interests, and our dreams our infinite diversity!
To accomplish this purpose, the conference brings together volunteers in the spirit of giving their time and talents to benefit the larger community. The Steering Committee extends a heartfelt “THANK YOU” to all of the Sponsors and Presenters of this year’s conference. Their generosity and support is gratefully acknowledge.
